Dear Wellness Vendor, The Southern Nevada Human Resources Association (SNHRA) is planning its first Wellness Fair in conjunction with our monthly membership meeting on January 10, 2012. Wellness-related businesses are invited to attend as an exhibitor at this event. Attendance as a exhibitor will include a table at the Wellness Fair with the opportunity to talk face-to-face with the SNHRA membership. The cost to exhibit is included in your Business Partner Membership: $175.00, for a limited time only. This fee will include a basic one-year Business Partner membership to SNHRA, currently valued at $175.00, plus a table and one lunch at the Wellness Fair, along with all of the other benefits of SNHRA basic Business Partner membership. (Please see http://www.snhra.org/join/ for information on all of the membership benefits, including information on the upgraded Enhanced Membership level available for $425.) To Register for the event, simply join as a Business Partner Member (Basic or Enhanced) and send an email to admin@snhra.org to reserve your expo table/luncheon at no additional cost. One (1) lunch is included...If you wish to have additional attendees at your booth, simply pay for them during the RSVP process. The tentative schedule for the day of the event:
Vendors at the Wellness Fair must be wellness-related, attend the full event as outlined above (times subject to change) and should offer wellness evaluations, examples of the services offered or samples, depending on the vendor's business. In addition, vendors should bring a prize valued at approximately $50 and a bowl at their table. This will allow each vendor to collect contact information from the membership. For those Business Partner Members that are not wellness-related, there will be another event scheduled later in 2012, tentatively in July, to attend in a similar manner.
